Intellectual Policy (IP) Infringement Policy
This Intellectual Property Infringement Policy (“IP Policy”) should be read in conjunction with our [Terms and Conditions] and [Editorial Policy], both of which are available on our website.

  1. Ownership and Scope
The domain name www.weedsupplier.life (“Weed Supplier Life”) is owned and operated exclusively by Drugstore Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017.

This IP Policy is a legally binding agreement between Drugstore Pharmacy and you—the customer or user (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user”).

We recognize that intellectual property (IP) often represents one of the most valuable assets of an individual or organization. Therefore, we are committed to respecting the IP rights of others. To that end, we strictly prohibit the use of our platform for buying, selling, distributing, advertising, or posting any content or products that may infringe upon the IP rights of others.

  1. What Constitutes Intellectual Property
For the purpose of this policy, “Intellectual Property” includes, but is not limited to:

Trademarks: This includes brand names, logos, taglines, and similar identifiers.

Copyrighted Content: Original blogs, videos, and health-related materials not publicly available.

Domain Names: Website addresses and associated IP.

  1. Reporting an IP Infringement
If you believe your IP rights have been violated on our website, you may file a complaint by emailing us with the subject line: “IPR Infringement Claim.”
In your complaint, please include the following details:

The URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material appears.

A description of the material in question, along with any supporting evidence.

Proof of ownership of the IP rights being infringed.

Your contact details, including full name, address, telephone number, and email.

A declaration stating:

“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is unauthorized by the IP owner or its licensee, and that such use constitutes infringement under applicable law.”

A confirmation that all information provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. How We Handle IP Complaints
Once your complaint is submitted, the following process will be followed:

You will receive an acknowledgement email containing a unique Complaint Number, which should be used for all future correspondence.

Our internal team will then review and verify the complaint, including all attached documents.
This process typically takes 10–15 working days, so we kindly ask for your patience.

If additional information is required, we will reach out to you for clarification.

Once the investigation concludes:

If the complaint is valid and justified, the infringing material or URL will be removed, or another appropriate remedy will be applied.

You will be notified via email once a decision is made.

  1. Invalid, Incomplete, or Malicious Claims
We take all claims seriously. However, if a claim is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, the company reserves the right to:

Reject the claim and take no further action.

Reactivate any URL or material that was temporarily removed.

Pursue civil or criminal action in response to frivolous or malicious claims.

If you have any questions regarding this policy or need help submitting a claim, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
